Risers

Risers allow for students to be at staggered heights during performances. This ensures the audience has a better view and voices carry. The number of riser options range in shape, deck style, number of levels and height. Risers can be straight, tapered or pie-shaped. They can be simple drum risers in one level or have up to four. Individual decks can be covered in carpet, hardboard, durable polypropylene and even an industrial finish. Carpet risers provide several color options with most manufacturers. Finally, the height of a riser varies to give the most flexibility. Choose from those that are only inches from the ground to those that exceed three feet.
