Safco's Drop/Lift Wall Rack takes up little space and makes it a cinch for you to quickly access files. The rack holds up to 12 hanging clamps (sold separately) and 1200 sheets of your work. Despite only extending up to 12 inches from the wall, the unit is capable of holding up to 240 pounds. Comes with mounting hardware so you can easily attach it to wall studs or a solid-back wall.
