Special Tomato's Seat Cushion w/ Hip-Flex for Recline and Back Cushion is designed for children with mild to moderate sitting support needs. Made with soft, latex-free and anti-microbial material, the seat cushion and back cushion can be used separately or together. The Hip-Flex Seat has been specifically designed and shaped with a "living hinge" to comfortably move with and support the body as it reclines. Works well with seating systems that offer a recline function.
