Is the cork board itself 4' by 6' or do those dimensions include the frame?

The dimensions listed include the frame. The actual cork surface area is 47-1/8” H x 71-1/8” W and that can vary by +/- 1/8”.

I see the 10 year warranty...does that apply to 4x6' double-sided cork boards WITH casters? Does it cover casters breaking off?
