How sturdy is the aluminum one? Is wood more sturdy? Is it stable when writing? Do wheels lock? What is the advantage of aluminum?

Aluminum frames are very sturdy. This entire whiteboard weighs almost 50 pounds, so that adds to its sturdiness. The board locks into place with two twist locks on either side of the board so it remains stable while writing. The wheels lock, as well.
