Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product, but... As an Activity Director that works with seniors in a memory care unit, this is a great idea. However, I would like to propose that a similar product be made that is more appropriate for seniors. I see this product in many of the nursing home supply catalogs for activities. However, I would LOVE to see a brown plastic board (resembling a piece of wood) and gray screws (that resemble actual bolts). This gives a more realistic look for senior adults. My 4 year old son has this item as well and he loves it. It works great to strengthen find motor, color recognition, pattern recognition and so many more teaching moments for kids.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Concept/Poor Quality My two-year-old received this as a gift for Christmas and enjoyed it from the start. Even his five-year-old sister enjoyed using it to make the designs included in the package. However, reverse on the drill never worked and now, after six months, the drill has stopped working all together, rendering the product practically useless. Quite disappointing for an activity I had great hopes for being one that my son would really enjoy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from great gift for my kids with some drawbac My kids love this and fought over their cousin's - We got it as a gift from their grandmother. Once we got it home and got it opened though, we found that the screw to open the bottom of the drill did not re-screw into the threads with batteries in it. So now we have the bottom of the gun taped shut and we have to retape it every couple of hours. It's a huge pain but the kids like it in general.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5 in one We just got it. So fare everything works good. In fact we made up several educational games out of it. I set up five colors, took one away and kids had to guess which one is missing. To make it harder, make a pattern, take away one, or two colors, they have to guess which one is missing. We mixed all bolts together and I gave each child their own color and they had to pick bolts of the color they got from me. The one who picked first say DONE and if there are no more bolts of his color, he wins. We played tic tac toe. One game I have in mind is to play sequence. You may have up to 4 players in it. And of course you make a pattern and your child continues it. So many games. I just want to help parents to find a good use of this game. Someone who is very smart invented it and now our kids enjoy it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Smoking Gun My 3 year old son recieved this for Christmas this year. The second time he played with it the screwdriver started to smoke and now the forward motion will not work. It's too bad because this has the making of a great toy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Kids love it! We use it in a child care center and the preschoolers LOVE it!!! The only thing is we wish it would have come with 2 drills so 2 children could play together on it. We did order a replacement drill.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from carrying case is horrible The tools and the work tray fit too tightly into the carrying case. I have had to pry the tools and tray out of the case, which was difficult for me and I have ended up using a knife! Once the screw all come out of the package, there is not enough space in the carrying case to hold them. Also note that you will need two different sized screw drivers to put the batteries into the toy screw driver and toy drill. Cute toy, fun, but the case makes it difficult to enjoy.
