Does the total height of cabinet total 24" or you have to add casters height? My max. height under desk is 26".

The total height of this cabinet is 24", and that includes casters.

Does this come in black color?

Does it have wheels at the bottom of the cabinet?, do you charge shipping?

Rated 5 out of 5 by GeorgeP from Fits my need exactly. We bought two cabinets to use as pedestals with a table across the top. They arrived fully assembled, which made the job for us a lot easier. The drawers slide smoothly and the casters allow easy movement. I would recommend for anyone needing a mobile file.
