Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lifetime 8ft x 10ft Outdoor Storage Shed Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. It took myself and my 14 year old son 8 hours to put it up. I would have taken 6 but there are 2 things that are a problem. First the sky lights, its a pain in the butt to put the sealant around the punch hole. Second the roof would have been a snap. however for some inexplicable reason they put screw hole stars on the edge of the eaves shingles. It give you the impression your putting the roof on wrong. After an hour I realized I was doing it right and it went on like a breeze. Overall it an excellent product, the instructions were well organized an easy to follow.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Shed! Pros:"Good Looks","Very sturdy","Spacious" Cons:"Needs better instructions" Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. We've had this shed for about four years now and it looks like we bought it yesterday. It stands up to rain, wind, snow, and ice very well and I have never noticed any leaking. My wife and I put the shed up in about 5 hours on a Saturday with a minimum of cussing (an amazing feat for me). Three people would have definitely been better. I do remember having to read some sections of the instructions repeatedly in order to make sense of them, though. Take your time and be patient.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Nice Pros:"Size Aesthetics" Cons:"Instructions" Best Uses:"Garage Storage Workshop" Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. As almost every other reviewer has stated the directions leave something to be desired. We were able to figure it out and got it put together in about 6 hours with one person working alone for about half of that time. We bought the 2.5' extension as well and it fit right in. My neighbor (who helped me put it up) is jealous now and wants one as well. I got several positive comments from my neighbors when I was done. It matched our neighborhood homes perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from STURDY, maintenance-free and fun to assemble. I have hd this shed for several years. It was a fun project to assemble and has provided excellent, secure storage for my misc. outdoor "stuff" without needing a special permit. During our second nor'easter in a week, two large pine limbs fell on the shed from quite a height. I heard the "thud" inside the house. Today I took a good look at the damage - virtually none; only a slight indentation in the ridge, but everything is intact. Had this been conventional wood or of lighter construction, it would have been demolished. After a power washing in the Spring, it will be as good as new. WONDERFUL product, and not unsightly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product Pros:"durability" Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. Just needed to tell a story about this shed: About a Month ago a Tree literally fell on this shed. Not only did the shed divert the tree from it's original target of my deck, but it withstood the weight of the Tree for about 30 hours before collapsing. Being that the shed is made of mostly plastic I was dumbfounded by the fact that it withstood that much weight on top of it for so long. This is a very durable shed and I just ordered the replacement for the now collasped one. I wouldn't have bought anything else. Great Product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a great Shed! Pros:"Great Instructions","Sturdy","Easy Installation" Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. This thing was very easy to assemble. Heck me and my 6 year old son were able to put all of the walls up and then a little help from a friend and we had the whole thing completed in a few short hours. The instructions were great. They even tell you how to build a base and give you three different options. I took the instructions to the local lumber store and they pre-cut all of the materials for me and it worked perfectly. I am extremely happy with how it looks and it really seems sturdy! By the way this is the first and only shed I have ever built so you don't have to be a master at construction.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great investment I bought this shed in August of 2010. It is holding up very well. I live in the north east with cold winters an hot summers. Still no problems. I do rake heavy snow off roof just to be on safe side. The instructions were super, as long as you followed them. You don't want to get ahead of yourself. A neighbor and myself installed it in about a full day. A third person would be an asset. Someone who can just keep track of each instruction. I had skipped a step in haste, and had to back track. But, following them to a tee, made installation quite easy. You definately need a flat surface. I was lucky because I already had a concrete slab where my previous steel shed stood. I added the shutters to the window and it enhanced the appearance of the shed. I would highly recommend this shed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from She'd delivered damage twice. The first deliver the truck driver notice major damage to the box and shed. The second deliver took a month. I had a friend travel 45 miles to help me with installation and we discovered the bottom of the boxes to be damaged and 2 flooring panels and corner pieces to have damage. Needless to say I'm not happy about this and wanted this shed up months ago before the end of summer. My friend also wasted a trip and day coming over to help me out. I have attached the photos and hopefully the replacement parts aren't damaged.
