The Imperial Steakhouse Char-Broiler has individually-controlled burners every six inches and a tilted three-zone grate for a range of cooking temperatures. Cast iron radiants and stainless steel burners distribute heat evenly across the surface and remove easily for cleaning. Tilt angle of the cooking surface adjusts easily with the front handle even when fully loaded. Insulation on the cooktop conserves energy and the large capacity drip pan slides out for simple maintenance. A removable grease tray makes cleaning and maintenance easy.
