The Imperial Radiant Char-Broiler features individually-controlled burners every six inches for even cooking. Cast iron radiants and grates distribute heat evenly across the surface and remove easily for cleaning. The slanted cooking surface gives you a range of cooking temperatures and each grate has a built-in grease trough so excess fat flows to the front gutter. Insulation on the cooktop conserves energy and the large capacity drip pan slides out for simple maintenance. Stainless steel construction and a heavy-gauge angle iron chassis ensure long-term durability.
