It features a combination pneumatic lift assist and torsional-energy storage system that makes it easy to fold up. A high-pressure laminate surface protects the particleboard tabletop, and the heavy-gauge steel frame has T-legs to provide additional leg room and seating capacity. Heavy-duty swivel casters let you transport your table from room to room and lift off the floor when the table is in use, so you won't have to worry about it rolling. A gravity lock keeps the table from folding unexpectedly, a storage lock automatically engages when the table is folded up, and a safety lock activates when it is in a semi-open position in order to halt downward movement.
