Can you use staples on this and how well does it hold and is there any surface breakdown? Thanks in advance

Asked by: Timothy Stiff
We recommend using push pins or tacks. This board has a durable aluminum frame and a bagasse fiber backing to withstand years of classroom use. If you have any other questions, please contact our Sales team at 1-800-260-2776.

Does this bulletin board meet fire safety standards for schools?

Asked by: Cathy
Cork in its natural state is composed of suberin - a substance that is impermeable, buoyant, elastic and fire retardant. If it does catch fire, it will not release any toxic chemicals. ECR cork boards do not include any fire retardant additives. If you have additional questions, please contact our Sales Team at sales@schooloutfitters.com or call 1-800-260-2776.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great size for the room I was looking for a large bulletin board under $100 and couldn't find one til I found this site. Couldn't be happier with the size and sturdiness of this board.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A little disappointed While it is serving its purpose, we wish the cork layer was thicker. For this price, and the over-priced shipping cost, we expected more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality This is a good quality board and I would certainly buy again if I needed one. It looks good and I like the fact that the cork "heals" itself.
