Good for a class of 25 if you aren't moving it
I bought this for our kindergarten class in 2014, and now, after 2.5 years, the teacher still says "It's awesome! 5 stars!"
But I should point out that she generally is leaving it in a fixed spot in the classroom, so I can't speak to how the wheels work. She just likes that it's compact yet holds every student's art, without taking up table space. And it has stood up to plenty of Kindergarten abuse (again, teacher's words, but I saw it's still in one piece, though there's paint smeared on it).
One possible minus: some small parts were lost in shipping, possibly because the box got torn. I'm not sure that would happen again, and we replaced them from the hardware store.

Would definitely NOT buy this again.
Extremely disappointed in this product. Bought two of them and the are pretty much unusable. Took a ton of time to assemble. When tilted, the wheels do not roll as the plastic wheel cover gets caught on the ground, making it almost impossible to move without picking up the entire rack. Papers also all fall out when tilting it to try to use the wheels. So many design flaws in this product. Keep looking if you're needing an art rack!
