Multi-Channel Wireless Headphones from HamiltonBuhl give you an adaptable learning lab, because you can use an unlimited number of headphones on the same frequency. The cordless headphones function up to 100 feet away from the transmitter, so students can use them anywhere in your classroom. Simply turn the units on and use the channel selector under the leatherette ear cushions to choose a frequency. Headphones operate for up to 40 hours and charge in only 8 hours (transmitter doubles as charger; LED indicator light on headphones lets you know when they’re fully charged). Buy headphones and transmitter separately.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great idea, but poor quality We had a very rare situation where we needed to outfit 4 full classrooms (about 125 students total) with these headphones to use during scheduled periods throughout the day. The rooms were all next to each other, so we needed to make sure we had at least four different channels/frequencies that the headphones ran on. We only found one company that had this feature, and that was Hamilton. The setup was pretty straightforward and all was up and working almost with no issues (had a few DOA). Something that was very disappointing to us was that about 30-40 headphones became defective or falling apart (speakers/foam falling off due to their plastic clips breaking off or becoming loose inside). School Outfitters and Hamilton did/are taking care of the defective headphones, but the process was a little slow (I believe that was on Hamilton's end, as my School Spring rep has been responding very quickly throughout the whole ordeal). As far as "recommending these to a friend"...I would, but these are not built for large groups and cannot handle the daily useage it seems. I wish they spent a few extra dollars when building these to make them more...durable. There are other companies out there that build a solid headphone for students, why can't Hamilton do the same?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Light weight and good sound Even though the wireless headphones have a good sound and quality workmanship they do not work well with a wireless mic system. The frequency is on the same channel and causes static in the headphones and speakers. Check the frequency in the church before purchasing them.
